Robert E. Reynolds, CPA – Director
Bob joined the firm in 1992 after spending several years with a national accounting firm. He is the Director of Audit & Assurance Services and is responsible for a majority of the firm’s audit engagements, working with a variety of closely held commercial business and several nonprofit organizations. In addition to his experience as an auditor, Bob is an advocate for organizational change and continuous improvement. He led the team responsible for the design and implementation of the firm’s procedures and processes for conducting accounting and auditing services in a digital environment.
Bob is highly recognized in the region for his nonprofit expertise. Working closely with nonprofit organizations has been a focus for Bob throughout his nearly 20 year career. He has developed an expertise in consulting on such matters as strategic planning, board development and governance, financial reporting and internal control systems. He leads Brady Ware’s Nonprofit Services team, and is the engagement director and primary advisor to many of the firm’s nonprofit clients.Bob is a tireless volunteer, and has held senior leadership positions on the boards of many organizations. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Artemis Center for Alternatives to Domestic Violence in Dayton, Ohio. He is a member of The American Institute of CPAs, The Ohio Society of CPAs, the Indiana CPA Society, the Kiwanis Club of Columbus, Ohio, the Central Ohio Planned Giving Council, and the National Planning Giving Committee. He was recently selected to participate in the Leadership Columbus Class of 2008.
