David M. Berry, CPA – Director

David joined Brady Ware in 2005, bringing more than 30 years of diverse experience in the tax sector.

Dave has significant knowledge in the areas of executive financial counseling, corporate taxation, partnerships, limited liability companies, estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, and succession planning for closely held businesses. Dave focuses his energies on business development, succession planning, tax consulting and practice management. Dave also has expertise in the industries of manufacturing, retail and distribution and brings high energy and innovative approaches to business opportunities and challenges.

Dave currently serves on the Advisory Council of the Crotty Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership at the University of Dayton, and the Miriam Rosenthal Trust Committee. He is a member of the Dayton Rotary, The American Institute of CPAs and The Ohio Society of CPAs, and is also an honorary lifetime member of the Board of Trustees of the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra Association.
